Major Excellence Scholarships Funded to Study in France
The French government supports, through the AEFE and MEAE (Ministry for Europe and European Affairs).

The Excellence Scholarships Selection Committee is organized by the AEFE every year, available to baccalaureate holders from a French high school or any school in the world.
Universities receive 75% of foreign students who choose France for their education
after secondary.

Standards and Conditions:
- The applicant must be an international student.
- Anyone with a high school diploma or its equivalent can enroll in the first year.
- Successful candidates must have a “Very Good” or “Good” matriculation grade and have been accepted into a French higher education course.
- The applicant must have an excellent academic record
Nationalities who can apply for the scholarship:
United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Djibouti, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Islands
Moon, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Qatar,
Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen.

Scholarship Features:
Those eligible for the scholarship receive facilities from the French government in administrative procedures (visa, residence permit, etc.) and the allocation of accommodation in university accommodation.
Three levels of scholarship are allocated according to family circumstances:
- Return Scholarship (fixed annual subscription, €500, and social cover).
- Excellence Scholarship First Specialization (monthly allowance of 222 euros per month.
- Specialist Excellence Scholarship 2) A monthly allowance of 685 euros per month.

Deadlines for applying for the Grand Excellence Scholarships funded to study in France:
- Beginning of November 2022 January 2023: Announcement of grants.
- 20 to 8 April 2023: Registration and finalization of the file.
- 27 May to 16 July 2023: A response is received.
